My Background
I'm Ralph Koterwa. Over the past 18+ years, I've worked across insurance, retail, hospitality, fleet management, and technology sectors. My work has centered on helping organizations deliver technology change that actually sticks—through clear governance, practical delivery practices, and a focus on the people doing the work.
I've led enterprise platform implementations (ERP, CRM, POS, LMS), managed vendor relationships, and coached project and product teams through complex programs. Along the way, I've learned that the most successful initiatives share common traits: clear alignment to business outcomes, realistic expectations, and teams who understand both the "what" and the "why."
My approach is pragmatic. I focus on bridging the gap between business priorities and technology execution—translating complex topics for executive audiences, advocating for practical solutions over perfect ones, and keeping the end goal in focus.
